The M&E overview discusses: performance indicators, the logical framework approach, theory-based evaluation, formal surveys, rapid appraisal methods, participatory methods, public expenditure tracking surveys, cost-benefit and cost-effectiveness analysis, and impact evaluation. 2016-03-30T15:56:06Z 2016-03-30T15:56:06Z 2004-09-01 Report http://documents.worldbank.org/curated/en/2004/01/6598984/monitoring-evaluation-some-tools-methods-approaches http://hdl.handle.net/10986/23975 English en_US CC BY 3.0 IGO http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/3.0/igo/ World Bank World Bank, Washington, DC Publications & Research Publications & Research :: Working Paper |
