The parameters that have been focused throughout this experiment were pressure and process time of sterilization process. The experiment works has been done at factory of LKPP CORPORATION SDN. BHD. Both parameters have been tested during and after sterilization process and the oil losses are determined. The oil losses are determined at the condensate and empty fruit bunch. In this research, the experiment has been run with three different set of pressures which are 39 psig, 40 psig and 41 psig and process time of 80 minutes to 100 minutes for three (3) weeks. The value of free fatty acid (FFA), moisture and deterioration of bleachability index (DOBI) were also taken to determine the quality of the fresh fruit bunch (FFB) and to improve the quality of crude palm oil (CPO). The result shown, the oil losses are decreased at the 41 psig of pressure and 90 min of process time.
