Why do such situations exists and what are the ways of overcoming this? A solution towards solving the above is by introducing health risk assessments (HRA) - a scientific methodology of turning intuitive knowledge into measurable odds. Knowing this risk in turn will facilitate healthcare practitioners to offer personalised recommendations for improving health and well-being. HRAs have a significant role to play in healthcare but the challenges that comes with its implementation are many.This paper attempts to address some of the main issues at hand.
