Among the effects that terrorism causes are; economic recession, unemployment,inflation, decrease of foreign investment and finally bankruptcy of important companies in a country. The information collected from various sources such as books, newspapers and internet will be analyze to substantiate how terrorism effect negatively the economics of a country. This study concludes that the terrorism is against the Islamic teaching which stress on moderation in various aspect of live.
