Summary:This research presents an attempt to evaluate the consequences that terrorist activities leave on economics. Among the effects that terrorism causes are; economic recession, unemployment,inflation, decrease of foreign investment and finally bankruptcy of important companies in a country. The information collected from various sources such as books, newspapers and internet will be analyze to substantiate how terrorism effect negatively the economics of a country. This study concludes that the terrorism is against the Islamic teaching which stress on moderation in various aspect of live. The disapproval of the terrorism also can be supported with the legal maxim of ‘la darar wa la dirar’ no harm should be inflicted or caused
