Therefore, an effective fleet utilisation is very important to cover these movements.Public transport services - the carnage of passengers by specific vehicle is a vast and growing industry especially in our country, Malaysia.Fleet management is therefore seen as one gigantic cost problem for the public bus company like Kenderaan Klang Banting Berhad (KKBB). For that reason, it is essential to tackle the problem correctly, starting with routes and scheduling management.
