It has potential as outstanding new product innovation but there is lack of acceptance in fiber usage among smallholders with the availability and sustainability of the product. The study was carried out to identify the acceptance of fiber usage in oil palm nursery. To achieve the objective, a set of data was collected through the questionnaires related to the variables (Environment, price, cost, knowledge) in the study. A samples of 47 respondents among nursery’s smallholders and plantation estate in Northern, Kedah was collected. The gathered data was analyze using descriptive, correlation and regression analysis. From correlation analysis, it was identified price and cost have positive relationship with acceptance of fiber usage in oil palm nursery. Based on regression analysis, price was identified as the most influence factor towards acceptance of fiber usage in oil palm nursery. The result obtain in this research could be reference for future research in this field. In conclusion, government are responsible to instruct and take action towards nursery’s smallholders in implementing the usage of fiber in nursery for better crop growth during early stages.
