The findings also showed that the independent variables or factors that support our hypothesis are risk of divorce, family size, level of education, and financial need, in which all of these variables have significant correlation with the dependent variable which is women join labour force. Thus it shows that all of these four variables or factors influence women join labour force in Registrar Department, UPNM.
