Summary:The study seeks to determine the possible factors that influence women join labour force among staffs in Registrar Department, UPNM. A sample of 80 out of 95 women’s staffs in Registrar Department had been selected for this study. The findings also showed that the independent variables or factors that support our hypothesis are risk of divorce, family size, level of education, and financial need, in which all of these variables have significant correlation with the dependent variable which is women join labour force. Thus it shows that all of these four variables or factors influence women join labour force in Registrar Department, UPNM.
