Description
Summary:Since 1983 Ghana has been in a phase of increased inter-regional divergence with significant concentration of economic activity in cities, especially in the Accra metropolitan area. Creating a more dynamic regional economy for Ghana will require increasing security, deepening democracy, improving economic institutions and investment, faster implementation of trade liberalization and reducing barriers to factor mobility.
