Through research of the domestic power social universal service, we could realize the actuality of the domestic power social universal services, hold the scale of the requirement, the characteristics of the region, and also the existing problems and obstacles of the universal service, furthermore, calculate the amount of capital that power social universal services needed; then draw the successful experience of domestic and foreign services to make suggestions on the policy, regulatory measures and implementation of programs which are adapt to the development of China power social universal service. |
