The FSA toolkit includes an Excel-based FSA tool and a technical manual accompanying it. The FSA tool is standardized and simple, but at the same time flexible enough to allow for user-defined country-specifics. This manual provides step-by-step technical instructions for running the FSA tool and includes mathematical appendices and a glossary. 2012-06-06T15:51:58Z 2012-06-06T15:51:58Z 2007-03 http://documents.worldbank.org/curated/en/2007/03/7459520/fiscal-sustainability-technical-manual-using-fiscal-sustainability-tool http://hdl.handle.net/10986/7255 English Policy Research Working Paper; No. 4170 CC BY 3.0 IGO http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/3.0/igo/ World Bank World Bank, Washington, DC Publications & Research :: Policy Research Working Paper Publications & Research
