This publication reports the main findings of a survey conducted on the perception, knowledge, and behavior of Tehran residents, relating to the environment. The study confirms the need for a properly focused information campaign to raise the level of knowledge about the environment and to form the consciousness that could motivate people to act or to accept the changes imposed by the authorities. The study also found several information channels need to be used in order to reach different groups of Tehran residents. 2012-05-24T15:41:38Z 2012-05-24T15:41:38Z 2008 http://documents.worldbank.org/curated/en/2008/01/9015557/environmental-policies-strategic-communication-iran-value-public-opinion-research-decisionmaking 978-0-8213-7421-4 http://hdl.handle.net/10986/6354 English en_US World Bank Working Paper; No. 132 CC BY 3.0 IGO http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/3.0/igo/ World Bank Washington, DC : World Bank Publications & Research :: Publication Publications & Research :: Publication Middle East and North Africa Iran, Islamic Republic of |
