That solutions need to be anthropogenic too is well accepted. An emerging body of social-psychology scholarship has examined the barriers and drivers of individual behavior in relation to both adaptation and mitigation. This paper reviews some of its conclusions, and suggests policy areas that should be considered in devising appropriate interventions. 2012-03-19T19:12:35Z 2012-03-19T19:12:35Z 2009-09-01 http://www-wds.worldbank.org/external/default/main?menuPK=64187510&pagePK=64193027&piPK=64187937&theSitePK=523679&menuPK=64187510&searchMenuPK=64187283&siteName=WDS&entityID=000158349_20090917102136 http://hdl.handle.net/10986/4249 English Policy Research working paper ; no.
