The structure of this report is organized into five sections. Section two provides a brief overview of Cote d’Ivoire and the Democratic Republic of Congo contexts in terms of their macroeconomic and demographic backgrounds, education performance, and labor market settings. Section three presents the data used in this study and discusses in detail the methodologies employed to undertake the labor supply and demand projections, and the limitations associated with these methodologies. Section four presents and discusses the key findings from the labor supply and demand projection analysis and, finally, Section V provides the main conclusions and policy recommendations.
