The assessment is aimed at assisting the government in identifying PFM weaknesses that may inhibit effective delivery of services to its citizens and the realization of its development objectives in general. Furthermore, the findings of the PEFA assessment will assist the government in developing a PFM reform strategy and provide the basis for a coherent PFM reform program that can be supported by development partners (DPs), as well as through the government’s own initiatives. The Amhara regional assessment covered regional government budgeted units, extra-budgetary units (EBUs), the Office of the Regional Auditor General (ORAG), the regional council, Amhara Chamber of Commerce, and public enterprises. 2020-07-09T15:54:24Z 2020-07-09T15:54:24Z 2019-11-11 Report http://documents.worldbank.org/curated/en/657841593090201053/Amhara-National-Regional-Government http://hdl.handle.net/10986/34064 English CC BY 3.0 IGO http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/3.0/igo World Bank World Bank, Washington, DC Economic & Sector Work Economic & Sector Work :: Country Financial Accountability Assessment Africa Ethiopia
