The assessment was based on the Public Expenditure and Financial Accountability (PEFA) methodology. The overall objective of the exercise is to provide all stakeholders with an evidence-based assessment of the PFM system and a common basis for identifying priority areas for improvements. The assessment covers primarily the period 2004-06, although for some indicators more recent information is incorporated in the analysis. Some of these areas are already covered by ongoing reforms, while others may not be. The assessment is intended to serve as a baseline for reform monitoring and to facilitate coordination among those Government of Philippines (GOP) agencies that carry out reforms as well as development partners that support them. 2012-03-19T10:23:35Z 2012-03-19T10:23:35Z 2010-05 http://www-wds.worldbank.org/external/default/main?menuPK=64187510&pagePK=64193027&piPK=64187937&theSitePK=523679&menuPK=64187510&searchMenuPK=64187283&siteName=WDS&entityID=000333037_20100722014910 http://hdl.handle.net/10986/2880 English CC BY 3.0 IGO http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/3.0/igo/ World Bank World Bank Economic & Sector Work :: Public Expenditure Review East Asia and Pacific Philippines
