He concludes that in order to find solutions for alleviating poverty, the World Bank needs to strengthen its knowledge and expertise in such areas as education, health, infrastructure, energy and sustainable development, and agriculture. We must chart a course for a future in which today's poor become tomorrow's entrepreneurs. 2016-08-11T18:41:25Z 2016-08-11T18:41:25Z 2005-09-24 Speech http://documents.worldbank.org/curated/en/2005/09/10210638/charting-way-ahead-results-agenda http://hdl.handle.net/10986/24878 English en_US Address to the Board of Governors, Washington, DC, September 24, 2005; CC BY 3.0 IGO http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/3.0/igo/ World Bank Speech Africa Sub-Saharan Africa |
