This book provides analysis and policy recommendations to the government of Kenya, tertiary education leaders, and the many stakeholders on managing the massive tertiary education expansion facing the country. It discusses the motivation for the analysis and its choice of three critical topics— quality and relevance, governance, and student financing. Then it reviews the findings in each area and concludes with a set of policy recommendations. 2016-05-11T16:30:29Z 2016-05-11T16:30:29Z 2016-05-11 Book 978-1-4648-0848-7 http://hdl.handle.net/10986/24275 English en_US World Bank Studies; CC BY 3.0 IGO http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/3.0/igo/ World Bank Washington, DC: World Bank Publications & Research Publications & Research :: Publication Africa Kenya
