The fact that land transactions were all of a short-term nature and that little land was transferred from very large to small land owners or the landless suggests that there may be scope for policies both to improve the functioning of land markets and to facilitate greater land access by the most disadvantaged. Analysis of the factors associated with success in a sample of land transfers from large to small producers helps to identify key elements for policies in both respects. 2013-09-04T20:19:40Z 2013-09-04T20:19:40Z 2004-04 http://documents.worldbank.org/curated/en/2004/04/3161831/comparing-land-reform-land-markets-colombia-impacts-equity-efficiency http://hdl.handle.net/10986/15620 English en_US Policy Research Working Paper; No. 3258 CC BY 3.0 IGO http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/3.0/igo/ World Bank World Bank, Washington, DC Publications & Research :: Policy Research Working Paper Publications & Research Latin America & Caribbean Colombia
