The authors conduct a randomised control trial and find that, while the training programme did not influence business survival, it significantly improved business practices, investments and loan terms for surviving businesses. Female-run businesses further exhibited some improvements in business performance and sales. 2013-05-13T19:14:15Z 2013-05-13T19:14:15Z 2013-04-20 Journal Article Journal of Development Effectiveness 1943-9342 http://hdl.handle.net/10986/13396 en_US Journal of Development Effectiveness;5(2) CC BY-NC-ND 3.0 IGO http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/3.0/igo/ World Bank Taylor and Francis Publications & Research :: Journal Article Publications & Research
