Given the success of the Nigerian LPG work, it seemed obvious that other oil and gas-producing countries could benefit from the insights gained in Nigeria. Not unlike Nigeria, Cameroon has a thriving oil industry, yet it continues to flare most of its associated gas, burning more than enough LPG in the process to meet all its domestic needs and leave more for exports, while at the same time, it is importing LPG at world prices.
