Results: Seven cases altogether, age ranging from one to thirteen years. All had grade iii and above Myer-Cotton classification for subglottic stenosis. In average, each patients requires 6 to 7 procedures under general anaesthesia before successful decannulation. All cases of grade iii stenosis were successfully decannulated within one year from reconstruction.
