The mean endothelial cell thicknesses (ECT) of all endothelia were measured using the image analyzer. Results There were significant differences of ECC and ECT between the groups determined by one-way ANOVA (F(2,27) = 5.31, p = 0.01 and F(2,27) = 52.42, p < 0.01 respectivel)y. There was no significant differences of ECC and ECT between neuropathic and neuroischemic; p = 0.99 and p = 0.18 respectively.
